I don't know...curly hair is softer? or maybe because of the heat of the privates it curls the hair? lol
the hair on my head tends to curl if I'm in the heat- well after a shower anyway....but my hair is naturally straight....
anyway I don't know....shave it off :)

Hmmm, I think it's to prevent that unseemly "shag" effect. Besides, just think of all the grooming that would be involved in it's upkeep if it was straight??? Flat irons, pomade, it would be crazy!
