you shouldn't. if they are disrespectful to the ones who raised you, then they will eventually disrespect you and your children

Only if you were seeing him or her for something other than a LTR. In general its more than a bad sign. Someone told me once that I should watch how my date respects the waiter.... get some distance as that is how she will treat you too. I would say that goes 100 times for parents.

How do you feel about this person having been disrespectful to your parents? Did it annoy you? If so, then no. If this person is going to be around your parents much then no also. If you're totally into them then I guess you have no choice but to keep dating.
