He's psycho, you're on the rebound. Doesn't sound like a good idea. Meet someone new, you need to be told how attractive and nice you are, even if you're not sure if they're telling you the truth. You don't need, "remember when so-and-so, said this or did that"
(I'm assuming you recently broke up)
Good Luck

If you're friends with the roommate it won't hurt to talk to him and do things and have a few drinks. BUT this man IS a part of your past relationship in a way. So if it's too painful, annoying, or w/e to talk to him, just make an excuse if he calls back. Say you're busy with work or something. Let him down easy.

Well, either tell this boy "Dude, I really don't like talking about Jim... it's always kinda messy between exes, y'know?"
Otherwise, you'll just have to face that his roommate is a part of his life, and you'll never be totally "ex-free" hanging around your ex's friends.

well girl i think you should call him back and see if he likes you in that way. and if you already know he does and you like him i say go for it.. but if you dont like him and you know he likes you tell him you'd just rather being friends, but if you do like eachother and are stayin away from him cause you really dont wanna hear about ur EX or you dont want to have anything near your ex i'd tell tha boy that if yall do start talkin then to leave the EX out of yalls convorsation.. or if not when he does start talkin about him then start another subject. but dont let ur ex get in the way of ur relationships cause some of those relationships might be really good and you shouldn't miss out on it girl.

The fact you said he was a little psycho mean that he will be a big psycho if you guys ever got together. I'd say no to calling him back because it is going to bring back all of your old feelings. Do you want that to happen?

Just tell him you want to be friends only. Would you like it if your ex hooked up with your roomate or best friend? I don't think so. Also, you said he's psycho.. I don't know about you, but I don't find psycho guys very attractive.

Tell your friend how you feel, and ask him not to talk about your Ex all the time. If you are good friends, I'm sure he will understand.

Its not a good idea to get to close to a ex's roomate...they expect the same and kiss and tell...there is no good reason to call him back...
