apples or watermelon before you eat it?

Actually i am eating an apple so i tried the salt and it taste, well.... let's just say i know i will not be having it with salt in the future.

I don't like salt on apples are watermelon. I know people who do. I hardly use any salt.

Not apples, but occasionally I've put it on watermelon. I mostly put salt on lemons. Yum.

I don't put it on apples but I like it on watermelon and mangoes. It makes the fruit taste sweeter.

Only melons complemented by salt for me-Honeydew and cantaloupe.
When first suggested to me it sounded ridiculous - like mustard on a banana or somesuch. But after two Martini-Grandes I tried it and was amazed.

Oh ya! Peaches, watermelons, apples.I just pluck them out of my garden and walk around with the salt shaker.

On my watermelon all the time I love it...apples just get peanutbutter.

Yes, I do. I put it on melon and oranges, too. Is it a southern thing? I've never been able to figure it out.
