apparently nail polish remover with acetone flattens zits. true or false?

yea i thought it was strange too. i read it in allure magazine a few months ago.

it might work... but i'm sure it stings really bad. I wouldn't try it if i were you. I mean, it would be better to put regular zit cream. Or you know that visine works to get the red out of your zits so you can use that, but i dont know about the acetone, i wouldn't try it.

DO NOT DO THAT!! that is chemical, you can end up burning your face. just grab a bowl of hot (not boiling) water, put your face over it for like 20 minutes, then put on a deep cleansing mask.

uh yeah i'd have to say that'd hurt, and i really can't see how that would remove your zits.
