I like this question.
I've been to WDW multiple times, but never Disneyland, so I have been looking at this question in reverse for some time now. Ha.
While I was looking at DL, I was surprised to find that it had some attractions not only from MK, but from other Disney Parks as well.
So, here goes.

First, definitely check out Pirates of the Caribbean. WDW's version is not as good as what you have at Disneyland -- a trip on it will help you appreciate Disneyland's version that much better.
We still have the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse (Tarzan hasn't taken over ours yet).
There's the Enchanted Tiki Room "Under New Management" -- again, another attraction that is much better at Disneyland.
WDW's Magic Kingdom still has the Country Bear Jamboree, so if you miss that at Disneyland, check it out.
A few others:
Hall of Presidents in Liberty Square
Mickey's Philharmagic in Fantasyland
Stitch's Great Escape in Tomorrowland
Tomorrowland Transit Authority (a version of the old Disneyland Peoplemover)
Make a point to ride the attractions that both parks have, as neither are the same and are unique in and of themselves.
Have fun!

Some things to see at DisneyWorld Magic Kingdom that are not at DisneyLand is:
-The Country Bear Jamboree
-Mickey's Philar Magic
-The swiss family tree house
-Monster's Inc Laugh Floor
-Stitch's Great Escape
That's about the only differences. The Cinderella Castle is bigger in DisneyWorld. DisneyLand actually has a lot more rides than DisneyWorld's Magic Kingdom. Hope this helps!

I think the biggest difference I noticed between the two parks is the size of the Magic Kingdom. It is so much more spread out than Disneyland. Others have already said what rides are different, but few people talk about the distances. We went to WDW in 2004, and then DL in 2005. What I really noticed was how they spread out Magic Kingdom. It's essentially the same park but the distances are further. I realised in 2005 how much more my feet hurt from walking around Magic Kingdom.
One thing others didn't mention was the fact there's no Toon Town. Its Mickey's Toontown Fair @ WDW. Way different than Toon Town. Some similarities but don't expect to find some of your Toon Town favs at toontown fair.

Don't forget the Carousal of Progress in Tomorrowland.
There used to be one at Disneyland but it was closed years ago.. I think they moved the whole thing to Florida.
