i live in a mobile home it just got tipped over me and my family are at the neighbors what now (note the way i am doing this is i have a laptop)

First, get off the computer
Second, get in the room that has no windows, get a mattress, or heavy blankets if a mattress isn't possible and put it over you.
Third, if you have a weather radio, take that with you.
Fourth, pray
Fifth, when you hear a train approaching, you will know it is the tornado
Sixth, when the train passes, it will be over
Seventh, don't open any windows...that is a myth about air pressure

Unless they are in a mobile home
If possible they should go to interior room with no windows under a sturdy object like at table. And covered themselves with blankets.

Seek cover man! Any place which can provide a shelter from the storm. But under no open trees or cars.
A ditch, a half-buried water pipe big enough to accomodate you.
Even the crevass of an bridge underpass--though I wouldn't recommend it unless you have absolutely no other choice.

get into an interior room, or a closet. duck, and cover your head and neck with your hands! if one is coming, do this NOW!
**edit b/c you did not have add'l info when I originally posted**: get out of the mobile home, and find the closest person you know in a home with a foundation, or go to a shelter.

First of all get your behind off the computer if you don't want a crash and unplug it.
Then, take your family inside your bathroom and wrap yourselves up protectively and avoid all the windows.
