Almost every man would care.
It would depend on the circumstances of the fling if that would be enough to end the relationship.
Most couples would survive this if the woman was sincerely repentant and willing to do some heavy lifting in the relationship.
If the man was looking for a way out anyway this this would be it.
Of course it would depend on if there were kids. If so then both spouses should try harder to save the marriage for the sake of the kids.
It would depend as well if the man had been faithful for the entire marriage. If he had not been, then this might just be payback.

Well, I'm about to become a wife and I hope that my soon to be husband would care. A fling is an infidelity and breach of trust, if a person didn't care about a fling I'd say a big problem existed in the relationship.

Uh, yeah. The fact that it was during a "conventiion" doesn't make any difference, it's still cheating, right? The fact that it was a fling doesn't make it any less irresponsible. Once a cheat, always a cheat as far as I'm concerned.

What I don't know won't hurt me. Seriously, if it was a one night stand with somebody she will never see again, I would accept her especially if she felt really bad about it.
Now if she got a little taste of strange, like it and wanted to start hooking up all of the time, then no, I would dump her.

Care? That's putting it mildly. I would hit the fuggin' roof and it might end the relationship forever. The same is true if the situation was reversed. Fidelity is critical. Anyone who tells you otherwise is either lying to you or to themselves.

I'm not a man, but if I had a fling anywhere with anyone other than my husband, he would be majorly pissed!!!!! I would be the same if he did that also.

If that's what it took to get her to chill out and learn to take life less seriously and have fun, it would be worth it. As long as she was very very care full, safe sex and all.
(She's a religious fanatic, which gets tiring after a while)

Depends on the specifics of the situation. If you are thinking of divorcing her anyway, this is a great opportunity to act on those thoughts.

Ok, I'm a woman...but I do know that my husband would positively go insane if I did such a thing and would likely leave me. We've discussed our feelings on this subject quite extensively.
