If you want to hear a lot of different Christian Rock bands, get The X 2006 or 2007 CD. It's a compilation CD that has Christian rock/alternative bands.

Hmm Casting Crowns. They are kind of a "softer rock" (I do NOT know "rock" genres hehe)...and they have worshipful music. If you are looking for that style, a few suggestions I have are:
Mercy Me
Chris Tomlin
David Crowder Band
Hillsong United
Jeremy Camp
Starfield
Third Day
If you are looking for a more upbeat, jump up and down type of rock (another technical name for the genre)...I'd suggest:
Kutless
Falling Up
Thousand Foot Krutch
Seven Places
Switchfoot
For a more acoustic rock (probably isn't REALLY "rock"):
Shane and Shane (my personal favorite!!!)
Shawn McDonald
Hope you find something you like!!

Ignore the idiots- and their rude comments.
I am not Christian- but I am a musician,
From that persepective I appreciate a band called Jars of Clay. Acoustic stuff mostly.
Excellent songwriting - non-corny- outstanding musicianship and maybe the tightest harmonies I've ever heard.
Enjoy.

this is the best site and radio station ever look all over the site use the helping hand at the left side of each and every page (just click it! it looks like the thumbs up sign). You can find klove stations in your area or listen online and you can get a look at who all (artist) they play on klove. Some of my personal favorites are Newsboys (phil joel left which is very sad but the newsboys still live), mercy me, toby mac, sanctus real, mark schultz (he is amazing and can write the most amazingist stories in his songs), thrid day, 33 miles, jeremy camp, chris tomlan, todd agnew, and like a million more. look at www.klove.com and I promise you that you will fall in love.
