As someone firstly answered the possbilities being endless. Also you have to take into account evolution, if we all grow 3 eyes someday then the faces will be totally different.
Even if there was a limited amount of faces, its likely that the time a face the same pops up the person who had it first will be forgotten or dead, or no one knows about them.
Theres apparently always someone looking like you in the world, but you'll never know them usually...

I think the odds are astronomical that we can go on getting new faces till Kingdom come and still have some to spare. Faces are genetically determined and the number of factors that go into it are numerous so that the combination also becomes innumerable (literally). It proceeds by simple mendelian genetic rule: for a pair of characters it is two, for two it is sixteen and three it is sixty four (or one two eight?) and so on. Who knows your combination of genes could have occurred, say in the year 824 A.D. and no one one would have known it.

The human race will never run out of faces, but perhaps the faces will be more and more similar. There are millions of genes that code for phenotypes and appearance, so there will always be different faces unless technology comes in (clones)

They actually ran out of new faces in 1867. Legislation was enacted and sent to Queen Victoria to sign. However, she would only agree to it if they put in Prince Albert's face. That's why John Lennon looks very similar to the Prince Consort.

No, because all the features can be combined and re-combined in different ways. That's why sexual reproduction is better in many ways than budding or cloning - there is continual recombination of different genes!

People keep dying and people keep being born it will also be a new face. Even if we did run out of faces we would always have weird facial expressions and makeup and scars

I've already seen lots of "twins" with exactly the same faces, even when the look-a-likey was in Australia, and I saw the original person in Britain!!

The faces are repeated, especially in the case of reincarnations. That is why you have ugly women, because in a past life they were a man and now have the same face.

I don't think it will. Have you ever seen pictures or drawings of people 100 years ago? They really don't look the same as we do now. Look at paintings of monarchs in Europe, for example, or of the aristocracy. Or look at pictures of workers in the 1920s. They really look different from what we look now.
