I have designed a school website and i want to give students the ability to type questions and teachers have the ability to answer , i've already made the login form, i just need students visit the page ask, then a teacher login to the answering page where he can answer don,t tell me php cuz i know nothing in it I'm 14 you know, PHP is a step i havn't reached yet

Check out jotform.com

There you may easily design a form and have the results emailed to an address of your choosing.

But, beforehand, you will likely set up a "group" userid for all the teachers to use, then go to jotform and design the form, and have the form's output directed (emailed) to that common "group" userid, then ask the teacher(s) to logon periodically to that userid to fetch and answer email...

well u might want to start learning php before you even begin. Because, you will obviously need integrate a database and if u don't even know the basics in php and sql then your gonna have a extremely bad program.

Standard HTML however you will need to collect the questions and create an import form for the teachers.
