no, what would be the point of that?

when you sue someone you're essentially seeking reparation of damages. generally a monetary sum.

if you sued yourself and won you'd have to pay yourself the sum owed, a pointless exercise. not only that, whether you win or lose you'll have to pay legal fees ... so the net result would be you'd lose a lot of money.

practicality aside it's not actually possible to sue yourself, even if you wanted to.

Possibly. A while back the Simpsons had a scene with a fake Fox News screen that was pretty silly. The people in Fox News got upset about it and started to make threats like they were going to sue the creators of the Simpsons. This would have been Fox suing Fox. Luckily, everyone came to their senses.

In the real world it might happen. A person might sue the corporation that he is the sole owner of to get past some of the corporation laws or something. That would be a little like suing yourself.

No, because you are responsible for whatever you might do to yourself. You can sue your insurance company, though.

No. But if you could, I would sue myself for negligence.
