First of all, are you bringing illegal activities into your school, and corrupting the learning environment? If, so...get arrested and earn your GED in prison.
Are your conversations so loud, and sexually explicit, that you are worrying the poor, caring, woman? If so learn to demonstrate more self respect, and she will gladly ignore you.
Are you there merely as a needy social animal, and incapable of focus, while not allowing those who want an education to obtain one? If so....sign out, and get a GED.
If your teacher is merely a gossip who actually believes that she can be your "friend," then your "teacher" is not a professional.
Create a log of her actions.
Require your parents to get involved.
Report her to the department head, principal, and/or the superintendent of your school district.
And, because each one teaches one, please forward the following advice....
1. Life is the Master Teacher.
2. Ignorance, when coupled with arrogance, is a mental illness that no amount of sincere concern can breach.
3. Some people are destined to die stupid; accept it.

Do what you are supposed to do and don't giver her a reason to worry. If you come to school and spread your business around the teacher is well within her rights as to inquire about things, for instance if you are late every day, or are not coming to school, or showing up dressed like a complete slut, she's gonna wonder. If you exhibit violent behavior or an outrageous attitude, she's gonna think hmmm what's going on here. Quit acting like a flipping idiot and she'll leave alone I bet. Teachers have way too many kids to deal with to single you out unless you are doing something to deserve the scrutiny.

A teacher's responsibilities go further than just "school". If you're a druggie or have some other serious problem, she's probably interested for the sake of protecting and helping you.
If there's truly nothing seriously wrong and she is asking your friends what your favorite color is, then you should tell your principal. Somehow, I doubt that's the case, though.

If your in highschool go to your highschool counselor and complain or possible enlist help from your parents to help in the situation. Maybe this teacher feels you need help personally. I wouldnt get so upset about it unless it is getting you in trouble in some way sometimes some attention is not that bad it helps get you noticed in other ways you might not of imagined. I know its a pain but life in general is a long line of problem solving issues that you need to be creative with. Learn to be a self advocate or enlist help from the support members around you : parents, other teachers, and counselors. Good luck Be happy in this world.

If it really has nothing to do with school (like your teacher is trying to discuss your relationship with your partner in a creepy way), you can just not answer, or let the teacher know that if s/he continues to do this, you will report him/her. However, if your concern is that the teacher is asking about things because you seem drunk or high, or deeply depressed or abused, it may be that the teacher is worried about you and you should be glad that someone cares.

I would first write her a nice note explaining that she is involving herself in your personal affairs and you would appreciate it if she stops.
Keep a copy and give it to her unit leader if she persists.
good luck,
Mike
