I was wondering if anyone has a link where it shows Olberman made these claims.

When I first saw this question, I didn't like that Olbermann would say this, but now I can't find it anywhere, so I am starting to question if this is real. Could anyone give me a link?

This is obivously an insulting questin to Pat and his family. Did he have any base for it, or was he just trying to be shocking?

He did. Or rather, he asked the question.

It was in a radio interview with Ms. Tillman, apparently some weeks ago. He aired a clip of it a day or two ago on his show Countdown on MSNBC.

The context matters. Ms. Tillman had said that she has several theories about what actually might have happened, but she didn't want to speak out unless she had actual proof.

Olbermann asked if she thought it was possible that her son had been deliberately killed. She said (very neutrally) she didn't want to get into specific theories without any proof.

The poster above is correct, although I would say that she first stated that she believes that there are three possibilities for reasons of her son's death, but she didn't want to discuss specifics.

When Olbermann asked whether she had ruled out the possibility that he had been "deliberately killed", she said no.
