the person is on level 7 with over 50%... judas has only 5% best answer... so... it makes me wonder

There are 3 people in the Global top 10 (not including Raju who no longer answers) with 55%...I am one of them. I can only speak for myself. I do not cheat. I have one account. I know I have "fans" who recognize my style of answering and vote for me on questions which go to voting. Many of my best answers are actually chosen by the asker (take a look...I have nothing to hide!). I put time and effort into answering, I'm not concerned about getting in first with a short throw away answer just for the sake of it. I answer mainly in 2 sections...Health and Yahoo Answers. Sections where I know what I am talking about (as an ex nurse and having been on here a while). I try to answer well, in health I try to give a reference site fro a person to do extra reading if they want to.
That all adds up to a very good best answer percentage :)

I used to have a non-trolling account with 60% and I did it by only answering questions I really knew about and tried to help people.

Some people ahve more then one account going. They ask questions with one account then answer with the other account and give themselves the best answer. Otherwise they are pretty damn good.

I guess if you have no life outside of this computer, and you try very hard to please everyone, then yes.... you can also have 50% best answers. But I wouldn't bother. Even when you do your best and are as eloquent as you can be, people sometimes just aren't ready to hear the truth.

Have really good answers, or just answer the same persons questions all the time and trade off.

They either cheat by voting for their own questions and have friends vote for them too, or they just have extremely good answers.

I don't know.. THE QUESTION IS: How on earth does anyone get above ten percent with a lot of answers? Gee.. I really don't know about that one!
