I assume what you are asking is can you buy books from abroad (spell check please). The answer is yes, you can buy books from other countries. What you need to do is to go to one of the other yahoo national pages, let's say the one for the UK and Ireland for example, and find amazon.com for that country. It exists in a great many places, it just takes a little work to find the right source in the correct country.
