I copy pasted this from the Yahoo News.
Turney was the only detainee shown speaking, saying she had been in the navy for nine years.
"Obviously we trespassed into their waters," Turney said at one point. "They were very friendly and very hospitable, very thoughtful, nice people. They explained to us why we've been arrested. There was no harm, no aggression."

what does private tuney know about these disputed boundaries Iraq claims one set of boundaries, Iran another, they are both right and they are both wrong, these waters have been disputed for years, and for the brittish navy to go play around there is inviting disaster, but maybe that is exactly what they wanted.,

The British sailors were KIDNAPPED by Iran, not arrested. The sailors were in Iraqi waters carrying out their lawful duties at the request of the Iraqi Government and with the approval of the United Nations. They have been illegally detained without any VALID justification.
The Iranians ARRESTED by the American forces were Republican Guard SOLDIERS, not diplomats. They were illegally in Iraq providing illegal support to the terrorists slaughtering innocent Iraqi civilians, and were legally detained for those activities.
The propaganda statements the Iranians are using from the female British sailor are obviously made under duress, and violate numerous international laws. The same goes for the videos of the other sailors.
Nothing should be taken back about Iran, but a large amount of things should be delivered there . . . . . preferably from the bellies of B-1s and B-52s.

I don't need to take back my words.
I said that if the British had intruded on Iranian waters, then Iran was within their rights to arrest them, and that the rest is up to the two countries to negotiate as a political matter.
And I said that if the facts eventually show that the British did nothing wrong, and were not in Iranian waters, then the Iranians will have to answer to the British govt for it.
That's the benefit of a response that is based on facts, and not just asserting an arbitrary or rhetorical position.

NO! The British sailors were taken in Iraqi water. The GPS coordinates prove that. The religious extremist of Iran are destroying Iran by provoking a war against England.

So there's no chance she said that under duress? You think she would say that there was 'no agression' from the people who'd surrounded her boat with machine-guns? GPS readings released by the British government prove that our troops were 1.7 nautical miles on the Iraqi side of the border.

Nice try on the propaganda.
No apologies to Iran. They must release the hostages that they took illegally in Iraqi waters, period.
