First thought was Italy because I like the food and a vast majority of the people I have met there.
After seeing some answers I would also consider Australia, based on the fact that all of the Aussie travelers I have met have been fantastic.
I am a bit of a flip-flopper, have never voted a straight ticket in my life. I tend to vote on the issues first, and if I can believe what the candidate is saying.

I reckon Australia because I love the desert and the pioneer lifestyle (as opposed to the nomadic lifestyle), and the fact everybody speaks English would be a plus. I would have picked Arizona but the pristine areas have been overrun with construction.
I'm a lapsed Democrat, living in the UK for 25 years.

Okay I just want to laugh at Nomo calling France stable and prosperous.. lol
Fiscal freedom, freedom from government, and investment freedom are weak. As in many other European social democracies, government spending and tax rates are exceptionally high in order to support an extensive welfare state. Foreign investment is also hurt by the intrusive regulatory system. Excessive labor protections have generated widespread youth unemployment and underemployment but have proven resistant to reform.

Easy question I lived in New Zealand for four years would love to be there more often, I am a Libertarian, it is beautiful there one can live off of the bush and out of the sea, there is little prejudice and the Maori culture is alive and well!

If I got to pick, it would be in Lebanon.
When I was little I had my best memories there and I could enjoy the sea and mountains again and live in a vibrant city like Beirut.

I would probably pick the UK. They have a similar culture. I could continue to speak English.
Australia comes to mind also, but it's full of deadly snakes, spiders, etc. Hell, even the puppies are venomous.
I am Conservative.

England: probably London.
I spent some time there at King's College during law school and had a fantastic time. Also, it's easy to get to the Continent.
