Everybody and their GRANDMA is on the dang thing! I have had a profile since the beginning in 2003, but do not want any part of it! I feel that some people are just-not-suppose to know each other and I do NOT want to be the central point for others meeting each other. It has blown-uP in my face *OFF-LINE*, so I want not part of it! However, I feel like I am missing out on the benefits it provides. Yeah, yeah... I know I could go "private", but there are ways around that and I have a few enemies I can-not have looking into my life. Yeah, yeah... I have an anonymous profile, too. I fired that uP 2-1-06 and learned html, animating gifs, etc... But I feel it is a competition and truly want no part of it. However, I am single and realize I could meet the woman of my dreams, but I have no trouble OFF line, either, but everyone is either drunk or on drugs. My last log-in for my main one was 8-29-05 & the last on my anonymous one was 5-5-06. Why do I hate it so much? Do YOU have trouble, too?

I have a love-hate relationship with Myspace. I love it because I have reunited with old friends through Myspace. But I hate the immaturity of some of the members. I'm not too fond of the bulletins, especially some of the surveys. And I've noticed lately that it's being changed into a commercial. People are posting bulletins saying that if they visit this website, they will get this. I have Myspace set to private, and every single person on my friends list is someone I know. I have mostly pictures of my beautiful daughter, and I don't want just any perv looking at them. I think it depends on how you use it. I just use it to share my baby's most recent milestone with friends, and to reunite with old classmates and buddies.

Yeah, you should probably delete it if you have that many issues.
I just don't put anything on there that I don't want people to know or talk about. The things I do put on there, I could care less about what people think. I don't get the thing about people meeting eachother. Are you being the middle man for two of your friends meeting or are they dragging you into something? You should talk to them and tell them your issues instead of ranting on answers.
I have never felt like myspace was a competition, the designs and layouts you chose are just a display of your personality or likes. Just chill out for a while I think you're making something simple into a huge problem.

I've had an account for years but I've been hating it for awhile. It's mostly because I get sick of hearing about it. I have a friend that's 33 years old and all she does is talk about it. I haven't logged in in a long time but I'll go over her house and she's always trying to show me some pointless boring b.s. on myspace. She wants me to look at photos of people who I couldn't care less about. She wants me to see the 'funny' and 'quirky' comments she leaves for people which are not funny to me at all. I'm just bored of it and tired of hearing about it.

I hate myspace too. It's so boring. I don't see how it's so amusing to go on and comment other people's pages and pictures all day. The only fun thing I think about myspace is decorating my myspace.

lol...I know what you mean... I've only been on myspace since 2006 and I have had like three different pages.. its all getting pretty annoying though. My special person recently got in my myspace and deleted all but 40 of my friends... i really don't care...I'm thinking of deleting.. then if I get bored later... I guess i'll rejoin.. I've had plenty of roblems due to that web site.. but again...I've also met some of my best friends there :)

I am a member. But I only use it because people I know use it. Otherwise my 360 suits me just fine. Much simpler, colourful, could use some music, videos like MySpace...

I was on Myspace for 4 months. That's all it took me to get off that crap, and the fact that the place is infested with viruses,spyware,malware,worms, ect.

i hate myspace too. its infested wit a whole buncha stupid 12 year olds dressin up like porn stars who meet 40 year olds n then get kidnapped n are forced to marry them in pakistan n then their parents are like, "my daughter would never do sumthin so stupid!" n they try to blame the website. i hate stupid people n they ruined that site. wat so fun about commenting people's pages? whoopee i said "hi" to the class *****! all the site causes is fights n stupid ****. my friend made me one, but i lost the link. there wasnt nothing there anyway. thats site's so ******* stupid.
