Yeah but you know what's even funnier?! Just outrageously hilarious?! The fact that Italy had to use pizza to get passed Australia in the World Cup! LOL! Like Ashkon said, "How far did Italy get in '02?" Andygurl has a major point there as well!

I think it's sad when great teams or nations play poorly. I was looking forward to watching Brazil play. I guess their fans were as disappointed as you guys were in 02 or any other side that has huge expectations or pressure thrust upon them to be in stunning form all the time. Anyway that was last year and they have 3 more to find that special something again. They have an abundant pool of resources to pull from. I'm not expecting another WC like that from Brazil.

No, I don't think that was funny, but those are things that happen to every great team coz they can't always win. They didn't play good this year and they got out but I was hoping in a Italy v Brazil final this WC, anyway it will be for another time.

Brazil lost to an excellent French team, who should have won the World Cup in 2006 if not for the dirty play of some Italian defensive players. In 2010, Brazil should once again be the team to beat along with Italy and France.

I wanted to just burry my face in the sand like an emu. I asked Ronaldinho himself when he was in Los Angeles with Kobe Bryant in front of the Chinese theatre if he felt the same way, he would not answer.

I thought it was odd because they're one of the best teams in the world. But they didn't play up to the fans' expectations....Still Italy won!

It should have happened . Because the best teams shall be in the semis . So sad they were defeated by france . I must have been much much happy if they were defeated by Italy , the four time world championjs who will win the 2010 South africa fifa worldcup.
Brazillians fans must have felt really terrible . But real soccer fans like u and me were extremely happy because they did not deserve to be in the semis .
