Well, seeing that I'm not a republican, I definitely won't be voting for him, but I certainly hope the media put him under the same microscope they have put Edwards under for making the decision to continue his candidacy since he and Elizabeth announced the return of Elizabeth's cancer.

I'm not sure if most people are aware, but Romney's wife has MS which can be even more debilitating than cancer. So, hopefully he'll receive the same scrutiny as Edwards has.

Seems like he's the only candidate without several loads of dirty laundry. Maybe we need more mormon candidates.

I like the fact that he's a self-made man. Businessmen generally understand what really is and isn't good for the country better than politicians.

He has all of the qualifications: born in the USA and over age 35. People were asking the same question about John F. Kennedy, first Catholic President. His religion did not interfere with his job (or with his personal life).

I live in Massachusetts and he was a capable governor. In fact, because of the state budget in crisis, He and his Lt. Governor went w/o pay for the 4 years he was Governor. He was also instrumental in getting the Olypics back on track. He's a good man with a great family and I respect him a lot!

Romney is my choice. His background is very impressive, such as how he saved the Olympics in Salt Lake City, and then donated his salary for it to charity.
Romney also helped to save a few stranded boaters on a lake near his one house.
He also helped to save MA. from a budget crisis, and is a very smart, and good speaker.

I don't care that he is a Mormon. Better a Republican Mormon than a Democrat Moron.

I don't have anything against mormons and I think that it is disgraceful that their are people that do.
