I cant get this HW problem correct..

What is the molarity of ZnCl2(aq) that forms when 15.6 g of zinc completely reacts with CuCl2(aq) according to the following reaction? (Assume a final volume of 175 mL.)

Zn(s) + CuCl2(aq) ZnCl2(aq) + Cu(s)

i keep getting something like 1363.249. i know its wrong but i think its way off help would be appreciated.

Your answer is only off in the decimal place.

I think that you are converting your 175 mL to liters incorrectly. You should be using 0.175 L as your volume for the molarity calculation.

try: 15.6/(65 x 0.175)
