You have an inline fuel filter located on the driver's side, under the body, close to behind the door. The fuel pump is in the gas tank, whic means you'd have to drain the tank, drop it and then replace it.

the fuel pump is in the tank and the gas filter should be back along the frame near the back tire on the drivers side.

are you able to work out the spray from the carb down this is throat whilst this is working? If no longer, the carb is gummed up and needs torn down and wiped clean. gasoline may be solid, and clear out high-quality, and the deposit can variety a gooey sludge that may not get in the process the carb. in case you will see that some gasoline getting in, you will have yet another difficulty, such because of fact the glide bowl no longer holding suited point for this reason no longer sufficient gasoline is going into the engine.
