im guessing you are using internet explorer
go to tool- internet options- content tab and hit setting under autocomplete and uncheck everything so that it wont do it any more
and then go bacl to internet options and clear history to get rid of anything already there

If you have Internet Explorer 7, then go to tools (located in the top right hand corner), click on internet options, you will see a browsing history section, click on delete.

If your referring Microsoft Word, I think that you can open W and then go to tools, then customize, fonts and I think that you can stop it from there. If this doesn't work then go to Microsoft's Help menu.
If you're referring to the history of your recently visited web sites and want to delete the history by :my computer>control panel>Internet Options>History>Clear History.

well if you use a yahoo toolbar I know you cab click the pencil on the left of the box and click "clear search history" (it;s the 3rd option) or you can right click the internet icon from your desktop, go to "properties" and then click "clear history" under the History box which has a sundial picture.... hope this helps :o)

In IE, click Tools - Internet Options - Content - AutoComplete. Check all the boxes to clear and click OK.
