No it's not phrase. I think it's means that you should be thinking pink for some reason.

If you "think pink ", you usually want to decorate something with pink, but sometimes, it means you just have pink on your mind.

It means wear a lot of pink.Like if you are shopping for a purse and your friend tells you,"Think Pink,"it means get a pink purse.

Yes, it's Victoria Secret's Pink store like slogan, and there saying cause everything they sell is Pink.

Yes it's a phrase... it is to remind people to remember and be consciously thinking about breast cancer.. to promote breast cancer awareness.... they have donned the color pink for their cause... just like Lance Armstrong and his "live strong" yellow arm bands.... similar thing.
