Hexagonal: floor tiles.
Square: handkerchief.
Rhombus:cut the ends out of a box of square cross section, and push one side until it is skew. The shape of the end is then a rhombus, but no longer a square. I can't think of anything which is naturally rhombus shaped (other than square).

Stop signs in the U.S. are octagon, there seems to be confusion about that in the above answers. The most common hexagonal things I see on a day to day basis are nuts and bolt heads.
