Does the cleaning agent Comet come out of clothes? And if it does, is there any type of special way to get it out?

If there's chlorine bleach in Comet, the answer is no. It's not a stain, but rather a bleached out spot. Still if there's something else from the Comet causing the stain, a toothbrush and lots of water should dissolve it.
