I know you liberals are afraid of morals...and choose not have any. But the "neo-con moral agenda" is the Judeo-Christian foundation that this country is built on. You don;t need to be a mormon to share those beliefs.

As a "Mormon" (or member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints) I can fill you in on a few things:

He's not a reverend - or even any kind of church leader, he's just a regular joe member, and in no way an "official representative" of our faith. In fact, I find many things he says more conservative than your traditional LDS viewpoint, and I find many things he says more liberal than your traditional LDS viewpoint.

What I'm saying is, I totally enjoy his show, but what he says is entirely his very own individual opinion, and not the opinion of every member of this church.

Thanks.

lol glenn is a cool guy who is really funny. So what if he is a mormon. He had his walk on the wild side.. he talks about it frequently how he used to have a drug and alcohol problem.

And he has been a critic of the administration on several things. I havent listened to him lately but used to alot.
So once in awhile it seems churchy, but thats rare.
Give it a bit more of a chance.

Who cares what method someone uses to communicate with God? That's the crux of most of the problems in this world. Everyone wants to kill someone else because they pray to the exact same God in a different manner. Beam me up Scotty, there's no intelligent life down here!!!!

Glen Beck is a mormon? No wonder I can't listen to him.
I was raised Pentecostal. I knew something was wrong.

I don't believe he calls himself Reverend. That's not a title we use in the LDS church.

Mr. Beck speaks HIS mind on HIS show.

I don't think he cares who listens to him. Preach on Brother Beck, preach on. I'm glad you listen to him, even if you don't like what he has to say.

his moral views as a mormon are quite consistant with america's protestant mainstream.

he has always defended and represented other forms of Christianity and even other religions
