Pick a room to clean , set your alarm clock to go off in 15,min´s time , Lets start with the bedroom, all dirty clothes in a pile next to the door , you can take them back along with any other things that don´t belong . All clean clothes to the closet jumper´s, skirts, jeans, belt´s shoes all in the right place, Stop. if you think you have had enough then stop if you think you would rather carry on then do the same again. Set your clock for 15, min´s more , always remember to reward yourself when you finish , 15, min´s here and there makes a bi difference. Okay you might not practice this today as your husband is coming home . but you can try for another day . Put the washing machine on at night ,ready to hang first thing in the morning or pop into the dryer, try cleaning the bathroom at night , less to do in the morning , do all the ironing on the one day whilst you watch your TV program. lot´s of ways to save time and still come here and ask or answer, Hope you have a nice evening with your husband . and if you can´t do all today there is always tomorrow

Serena hun,

Have you ever thought of making it a joint effort and waiting for your husband to get home so you can both tackle the chores? ( Waits for you to stop laughing ).

At least you wouldn't be able to say you get no quality time together.

It's been a while since you posted your words so i will assume you are up and the work is now done. So i will just say have a good night to you.

I'm in the same situation. I'm still in my pajamas.
I did fold one load of laundry.
A website that has helped me is Flylady.net. She is encouraging. She tells you how to clean your house 15 minutes at a time.
Lets do it together. I'm going to go unload the dishwasher. Set a timer see if you can beat the clock. I think I can do it faster than you. Can you do it in under 5 minutes? Ready... Set... Go!

O.K. I'm back and I had 43 seconds to spare. How did you do? Did I beat you?
