I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but nothing is true of every baby. So the easy answer is no, it's not true.

what does that mean? different shape? and what does "won't give up" mean? if you mean the baby won't stop breast feeding, then i don't think that's the baby's choice, that's your choice, make them stop when you want them to stop, end of story. wean them off slowly, of course, but no need to carry it on overly long.
