Well realistically the body can survive for up to 30 days without food, but only four days without water.
If you were stranded in your car your main concern would be to find water, not food.
I saw a program on tv about a man who survived for 30 days with no food by eating pine needles.
He got water because there was snow on the ground, which survival experts will tell you to use only as a last resort as a source of water.
