Hi sports fans. I only fell down those stairs because I was drunk. But I guess it was kind of funny.

It is dead wrong to laugh, the person falling down the stars doesn't think it's funny. An old person can be injured badly by a fall like this, instead of laughing one should offer assistance or get help. Never try to help them up before checking to see if the person is hurt, they can be hurt and not know it because of shock.

Yes, definetly. Unless it's a movie or cartoon and you're supposed to laugh. Old people are great! They are so wise. But sometimes, I must admit, they have this strange scent.
