Because I know I'm really bad at it but my dad is a whiz! Whats the deal??

They are not better at it, they just have a tendency to think logically which is perfect for Mathematics, computers, and philosophy, but it means nothing. They may be able to pick it up faster, but females have been known to have much quicker minds in terms of reference, and thought exchange.
Don't believe me? Ask yourself, when is the last time you had a fight with your boyfriend and he won? I'm betting not very often.

It all really depends on the person. When I started at high school I was quite bad at it, then I kind of excelled at it which resulted in me being moved to a higher group. However I let it slip because I haven't kept up at it. All the groups had a mixture of boys and girls though. men and women say that they were better at english than maths, but I was better at maths than I was at english. If I remember my favourite subjects were algebra, area and graphs, but I've never been any good at division.

On an individual basis, I'd have to say no. I've known women who were stellar mathematicians, and guys who were briliant mathematicians, and I've met women who were complete math-phobes, and guys who were incapable of adding two and two to get four.
In general, men **tend** to perform better at mathematics than women, but how much of that is due to innate ability and how much is societal conditioning? A perfect example of that comes from my own children -- my daughter scored better on her Math SAT than either of her brothers. Yet she wants nothing at all to do with math -- she's an English/Art major in college -- while both my sons are going into computer science. My daughter is perfectly capable of handling higher order mathematics, but she doesn't WANT to -- she studied as hard as she could so she could get AP College credits and never have to take another math course for the rest of her life.
So it may not be so much that you are incapable of handling math as much as you just don't want to because you don't like it.

math has no ratio on whether a man or woman can do it better. It's a simple fact that some of us male and female stink at it and some male and female are good at it!

No, guys are not really better at math. There are many girls out there that are just as good at math as guys are. Like me I'm great at math Even thou i don't like too much and my friend Kyle hes horrible at math, he hates it!

No, they really aren't. It's a complete stereotype. In my class, there are 7 people who take advanced math, and five are girls. Girl power!
