I would say a grapefruit

Lemon and grapefruit juice is saturated with citric acid. Tomatoes also contain both citric and folic acids. The ph level, which measures overall acidity is on average highest for lemons. (It is possible to find a tomato or a grapefruit with a higher than normal Ph, and a lemon with a lower than normal ph.)
So the most correct answer is Lemon.

Lemons, by far.
Here's a list of the ph value of common foods. The lower the ph, the higher the acid content

Lemons have a ph of between 2 and 2.6
Grapefruit between 3 and 3.75
Tomatoes between 4.3 and 4.9
