Humans don't have to wipe their bum, we were brainwashed into believing we needed toilet paper, and it has lost us the desire to smell others as other animals do.
We choose to wipe because we want other people to approve of us, but dogs can still smell us, it seems.

Hey dude, haven't you seen cats licking you know what clean....beats wiping eh? Most of the cat family do that. Dogs kind of wipe their behind rubbing it on the ground....haven't you seen it? Must observe animals..... Cows and other bovines cannot reach there, a pity...Most of the animals do have some sense of cleanliness and we have refined it, that's all...

1) Either you were all clever and avoided answering a legitimate question to a topic that still causes millions of deaths world wide.
2) The poster was trying to get you all to post something clever, and your attempts to outwit him were misguided
3) You considered both 1 and 2 and wanted someone to see you say something.

You don't need to wipe your ****. All you need to do is eat plenty of fibre and lick your **** after each bowel movement. Personally I'm gonna stick to Curries, Fridge prepared toilet roll, half an hour peace and quiet with the newspaper and fresh breath (The last point doesn't apply after curries but I suppose garlic breath is still better than Poo breath)

Because our diet is terrible! You could do a no wipe poo if you ate as healthily as animals in the wild do!
