I drop my hp laptop on the floor since then it wasnt getting any power. i open the laptop and take the system board out now i m trying to fix it using my amp meter i am getting current half of the circuit.

Hi. Hard to diagnose without seeing it. Look very carefully for any traces that may be cracked, damage to the board, etc. but be very careful to not zap it with static. Wear an anti-esd wrist strap.

You can't fix a multilayer board your self. Even the laptop vendors don't fix them they send them to companies who do nothing do board level repair on those kinds of boards.
