They stick together and help each other. They like the company of people just like themselves. They are uncomfortable around any diversity like women or people of color. I work in government at a low level because I am woman. I watch the corruption and nepotism constantly. When I reported wrongdoing to the white man in government at the US Attorney's office I was told that this "good old boys network" is too big to break up. So if you are the law, the law maker, the official in charge, the elected representative or high level bureaucrat you protect all of your fellow white men. CNN is running the testimony of one of the white men from the justice department today where he explains some of this. He stated that the US Attorneys were fired because they didn't enforce the policy of the "White" house in an acceptable manner. Our system should have law enforcers who do not follow policy and the wants of a political party. We need people who enforce the law no matter who is involved.

Because white men dont become criminals in most cases untill the end of there life unlike other races men who become criminals as children.. So when white men get elected they have some moral fiber at least thats what americans think and then bam there years of not being a criminal have paid off and now they stick it to the country and rob us of our very freedoms as well as our money and jobs.

Mostly it is from name recognition and traditional voting values. When minorities start making names for themselves that don't involve scandal, you'll see more and more begin to show up. Right now however, the majority rules and will continue to do so until the minorities find a way to establish credibility.

It depends on how high up you go. City and state governments have been progressively getting more diverse. The federal government has, to a lesser degree, but money is more of a determining factor than race.

Because there aren't any quotas for elective office. There are plenty of rich women & rich minorities. If you are a citizen, over 18 & not a felon, you can vote for anyone you choose.

Money does have alot to do with it. Alot of money is spent running for office. And generally you have to be someone already recognized and established in teh first place.\

But as you can see that has been changing.

Its because White Women listen to their White husbands and dont vote and dont run for office, and most people of other races think that if they vote their vote will never be counted so they dont vote and believe that if they run for office, the KKK will string them up, so the main votes that are being counted to put people into power are from white males, and they are voting other white males into power.

Well after seeing how minotriies run their countries, we are smart enough to not want them running things here. Even here in the USA, just about every city run by a black or hispanic is a toilet. NO or Detroit much?
