I dont know how to reset my RCA H100 mp3 player?

Question

I know its corrupted and I downloaded the auto-updater, my computer read that the mp3 player is plugged in but the updater doesnt. I also tried to format it but it doesnt give me the format option when i right click on the drive. PLEASE HELP!

and YES i held it in for more then 10 seconds and that didnt work. I also uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it and that didnt work. I went to rca.com and requested them to call me but that wont happen anytime soon!

Hi. From the web: "f your digital player is locked up, or not responding, press and hold the power button on (in) for a minimum of 10 seconds to reset it."
