Business clothes.
Usually a jacket and pants suit, or a jacket and long dress.
At least, that's what they wear in court or in a corporate office.
What they wear in private life is as diverse as anyone else.

What the female attorneys are ALLOWED to wear is up the Judge that presides over the court that she will be attending. Some judges forbid the wearing of certain types and styles of clothing within their courtroom. Others are more open.
In general, they want the attorneys to be dressed in formal business attire - so what passes for formal female business attire should be fine. BUT some judges are specific - like no trousers - only skirts, high-heeled shoes only, and so on - typical sexists stuff.
