No time soon. This country has been selling our technology to the Chinese for over 30 years. I remember when The Chinese toured the GE plant in Erie, PA, taking photographs of all the machinery in the 70's when Nixon was president.

Well, it entirely depends on what you are talking about.
Without references or citations, that could be anything.
If Congress authorized the transfer of technology or information, then obviously the action would not be against the law.
If the information was properly de-classified before transfer, then it also would not count as transferring classified secrets.
But if he did violate federal law in his official capacity, the proper recourse would have been impeachment for those alleged vioaltions of federal law. And it's too late for that now.
