You are 13, going on 14. A totally perfect and acceptable response from a 13-14 year old re: a boyfriend is:

"I'm so over him now--time to find someone new."

End of discussion. That's exactly what a parent would expect from a 13 year old. Just say that and move on...

You could tell your mom you caught him flirting with another girl, or you could say that he's been acting immature lately and you got sick of putting up with the burping and fart jokes. You could say you caught him smoking and don't want to be around it, too.

I would normally say that you need to tell her the truth, but you already know it was wrong...and embarrassing yourself by telling your mom the truth isn't going to make you feel any better. Your lie hurt no one but yourself, so it isn't as if you owe anyone an explanation. You just get out of this one, and remember how it turned out. It's a life lesson.

Also, remember...you don't HAVE to have a boyfriend to be okay. You'll find one someday. Don't rush it or feel pressured into the boyfriend thing. Just be okay with who you are as a person, because I think you're doing just fine. We all make mistakes!

So either tell the truth or lie again and say you two broke up but just so you know lying is never the way to go because it will always come back to haunt you

Acknowledge to your mom that there is a guy you like, but he looks at you more as a sister/good friend. These type of friends are very valuable. You don't need to go to the next level independant of your age.

On of the reasons your mother would like to meat him is she wants to make sure you don't go to the level after that too young. You are at a difficult age where many will pressure you to go their way & validate them. Get to know who you are. Enjoy.

Try not to tell your mom a big lie about how he cheated on you he might actually like you latter in time so just say he broke up with you your mom might feel bad for you and take you on a shopping spree...!!!

There's a two way street you go down.
1.) Stop Lying and tell her the truth
2.)Or say you got into a big fight a broke up.

Two ideas:
Ask your friend if he will help you out of a jam and to pose as your boyfriend to please your mom and then later on you can tell her you broke up. But that isn't the truth.
At your age you most likely like a different guy every week. I dunno why you think your mom needs to meet every guy you like! Just tell her you aren't going with anyone right now. End of problem and no lie.

Tell you Mom tomorrow you broke up at school, and you really dont want to talk about it. Everytime she brings it up, say I'm feeling better, but I dont want to talk about it. After a few weeks, if she stills talks about it, tell her you t hink it was for the best, and dont want to think about it.

Just tell her you just aren't ready for any realationships. At your age that is not out of the ball park. Good Luck
