I wanted to be a teacher. In seventh grade my asshole father told me I was never going to college because we couldn't afford it. I was a naive 12 year old and didn't know about loans and scholarships. I quickly stopped trying in school because I figured there wasn't any point....how sad! My grades were so bad that I only got into a Community College and I left after one semester...I chose to work full time instead...again, how sad! I currently substitute as a Special Education Instructional Assistant for our school district and I love it....I'm hoping a permanent position will open up in the fall. Oh and I wanted to be a Mom....I have 3 great kids...who WILL be going to college because they get good grades!
