M@$turb@tion, now here is a sticky subject. Not only is there the act but also the mental imagery.
The basic physical ways are objects, self or hands and a combination. I usually recommend a combination of both to my patents. As far as what object there are the veggies, large zucchini and cucumbers, being best, and crook necked squash, this gives you a handle to hold on to. Be careful with the soda bottles if the are open can cause a suction effect and the caps from the glass ones tend to scratch.
There are also a number of well made objects available at the Adult Store some even cover both holes at once. The choice here is mainly yous, try the easily accessible first, fruits and veggies, and it you don't care for them, wash them and eat them or serve to someone else, they'll never know. Have some store bought devises on hand for emergencies, they do all clean up nicely.
As far as using your hands, there isn't much I can tell you here. We also cover the mental imagery part of the process. I do conduct classes on alternating Tuesdays and Thursdays weekly. First week Tuesday second Thursday and so on. They are reasonably priced and the hands on experience is good.
