I think it has better benefits because it is low impact and better on the joints.I have fibromyalgia and my doc says water aerobics are good for me, also warm under water massages,yes!!!!

No It actually takes more strength to work out in water and it's low impact so I'd say it's prolly better.

It actually has more benefits cause the water is resistance and on land you have none;;;;

It is more beneficial to exercise in water than on land. There is more resistance in more water and you work yourself out more than you do on land.
