i would first like to say that you shouldn't feel guilty for not breast feeding, i wasn't able to either and there's nothing wrong with that. If you prepare the bottles, you should use it within 8 hours after makiing it if kept in the fridge. I tried saving up to 24 hrs and my daughter would get sick, i talked with my doctor and they said that after making it only save it up to 8 hours.

Health professionals now say to make bottles fresh as you need them. So I could be more prepared I put the water in the bottles to cool in advance and you can now get milk powder holders and measure out the correct amount into them. These are also good for when you are out an about with baby.

I think it's good up to 24 hours in the fridge. Maybe it's 48, but not more than that prepared. Sorry I'm not more help, but if you can make it for 24 hours and use it all, that would be best.

I will go with the above about 24 hours. But, what I would do, as I would rather be safe and sure. There should be a 800 number on the can to call. I would call and ask to be sure. But, in most cases 24 hours is commonly accepted and 48 may be possible. Phone call is free to be sure.

It's only good for an hour or 2 prepared even if it's in the fridge. Your better off measuring the powder and then keeping them on the counter and adding the water when your going to use it. That's what I do.

use within 24 hours after mixing it with water in the fridge.
& one hour if it's left out.
if baby drinks some and doesnt finish--you're supposed to toss the rest out because of bacteria--but I use the second nature bottles which prevent backflow into the bottle--so if there is a lot left, I put it in the fridge.

24-48 hours. Watch the texture and smell. It might start to separate. When in doubt, don't use it.
The bottles are good for only one hour after the child begins using it due to mouth and saliva bacteria, not the mixture itself.
