I give mine a 7.5, it´s 5 minutes from the beach and has got a swimming-pool, but too small...

I'd give it a nine, it's 3 yrs old, I picked the floor plan and decor, so it's pretty much how I like it. It sits back in the trees on 2 1/2 acres and deer come in our yard all winter long.

I am actually in an apartment, but I figure I can still rate it. I would give it a 7. I really like it. The only problem I have with it is having to call two or three times to the office and then wait about a week or two to get anything fixed.
I almost stormed down to the office one day at the beginning of last summer when I walked into my apartment after work and was hit with the heat of the apartment. The temperature had to have been in the triple digits, it was so far off the thermostat. Needless to say, that problem was quickly remedied the very next day.

I'll give mine a 9. We used to live in a trailer and we had to go to mother in laws at the 1st sign of bad weather. I'm happy I have a house. My parents didn't get a house until my grandma died. I have two bathrooms a front porch a two car garage. I just wish my kids rooms were bigger or we could make a playroom for their stuff.

A 2 - its way too small and only 1 car garage, I am trying to move by end of this year!!

well I don't live in my own house... but I give... hum... 5 to the place I live in... it's very close to the university... I believe this is the only advantage... =(
happy would be the day I could buy my own apartment... a 3-bedroom-one... to say the least...

At the moment I'd say 5. After I'm finished with all the spring cleaning, I'd say 9.
