They need help at RB after trading away MaGahee. They also need help at LB, CB now that Clements is gone, and depth on the OL. I know they signed for Dockery, but c'mon, a guard? Why didn't they throw that money Clements way and solidify that position?
I see them addressin the RB situation first, probably with Lynch out of Cal. In the second, they will look for either a LB or a CB. Whichever one they don't fill in the second, they will fill in third. As for the second day, they will add depth to the OL and DL. They might try to find a speed receiver also in the later rounds.
BTW, I am still not convinced about Losman. He had one OK year. I wish they hadn't disolved the talent around him this off season so we could see if he really is committed to getting better. Any regression he has this year can definitely be explained away with the questionable tactics of the front office.

I think the Bills can get Turner and put themselves in a position where they need to as they're without an RB. When their backs are against the wall, they'll probably come through. They may have to give up some draft picks to get him, but Turner is everything you could hope for in a draft pick so I feel that's ok.

Don't really understand what the Bills are doing this offseason, they've let go of two of the most popular and good players. They now lack depth and talent at HB and deeaply at LB. I think peterson will go to the Browns and willis will go to the 49ers. San Diego is asking for a 1st and 3rd pick for turner, i personally think that is too much. He is a good player and we have yet to see what he can do being a back-up for a few years (a-la Larry johnson) but the bills have to many pressing needs they need to cover in the draft to give away 2 picks for one player. I'd say look for them to draft Marshawn Lynch in the first and he will share carries with Anthony Thomas the first season, simular to what NE did with maroney and Dillon. Then the next year he will be a full starter. Then I'd say they would probably go after LB in the second, the draft if deep with talent at that position as well as cornerback, which they will go for in the 3rd. Those are there most pressing needs in my opinion. Here are my predictions.
Rd.1 - Marshawn Lynch - RB- Cal
Rd.2 - David Harris - LB - Michigan
Rd.3 - Daymeion Hughes - CB - Cal
you can check their scouting reports here at these links but don't pay much attention to the height, weight, and 40 time as they were all added before combine and not updated since.

Let's run-down our losses...
Nate Clements- Great player and I'll miss him, but no CB is worth the contract he got in our defensive system, so paying him would've been silly. He'll be missed, certainly.
London Fletcher- I don't define him as an impact player as impact players generally make more than 3-4 impact plays a year. All he did consistently was make tackles 4-5 yards beyond the LOS. Plus, he's on the wrong side of thirty by a few years, which isn't good considering our stars(Evans and Peters) and our up-and-comers(like our safeties and Losman) are around 8 years his junior.
Takeo Spikes- He hasn't made much of an impact in two years, and is aging too. He showed no signs of regaining his past form last year, and his new lack of speed and agility makes him a liability in a scheme where linebackers are often asked to drop into coverage.
Willis McGahee- He's an impressive sounding name that simply failed to deliver. He has averaged 3.8 yards a carry over his career, is a poor blocker, and also isn't a threat out of the backfield. Our offense is supposed to be a run-oriented variant of Martz's, and a running back who can't catch and block is just a big no-no. He's also an average runner all-around, with average speed and strength who regularly goes down at first contact. And that's not even touching the off-the-field garbage.
In summary, we haven't lost nearly as much as many believe. We have gained a very stable offensive line(albeit on paper at the moment, but even that hasn't happened in a good while). We picked up a proven pass rushing DT(Walker) and McCargo and Williams have bulked up(to 306 and 305 lbs. respectively.) Our defensive line still features one of the nFL's premier sack artists, Aaron Schobel. We resigned the best DE on the market, Kelsay, whose a young up-and-comer. Ellison shoudl play nicely at weak side linebacker, like he did a lot last year. As for what else we can do...
RB- If we can get Mike Turner, that'd be awesome. He's an all-around beast who bowl guys over or just outrun them. If not, there're a number of backs we could get in the draft such as Lynch, Bush, or Pittman.
LB- Willis could work, but I'm thinking they're eyeing Poz, given their insistence that Crowell will be MLB. We could move down and get him and get some more picks, which would give us further mobility in the draft r just let us get a whole mess of players.
CB- Youboty. He's a Buckeye corner, and we've had our share of excellent Buckeyes, with Clements and Winfield. He was a first-round talent, so one would think he'll be able to step up and contribute. If we generate a better pass rush, the drop off from Clements may well not matter too much. Other than that, take a talented mid-rounder to eventual take over the nickel or even #2 spot...
WR- Small wide-outs need not apply. A more threatening #2 with size and strength would, in theory, benefit our red zone offense and give JP a more legit option over Peerless. That would gives us Josh Reed, Peerless Price, and Roscoe Parrish as potential slot options. I like it....I really do. Josh is a tough, hard-nose possession receiver who isn't afraid to make the tough catch to move the chains, Peerless can be a playmaker and has a decent blend of size and speed....and Roscoe is so incredibly fast that he easily creates mismatches.
In short, all we need is a good draft, really...and considering last year, betting on that isn't a bad proposition at all...

They get MLB Patrick Willis in the first round and probably Michael Bush in round 2. From there who knows. They could repair the damage done by all the trades if they're able to acquire a stud HB like Michael Turner, but its highly unlikely. They couldn't pay to keep Fletcher-Baker around or Nate Clements, but yet they give $49 million to the mediocre offensive guard Derrick Dockery. If the REDSKINS weren't going to pay that much to keep him, then they should have known something was wrong.
