All of them, many times. Let me clue you in on something to help you totally understand the plays and make them much more enjoyable. Most libraries have and Audio area with recordings of the plays on CD. What I used to do was to get ahold of the audio tape and read along. What this did was to add so much depth of character to what was going on and my eyes could read the stage directions quickly, it really helped me to understand and enjoy the plays very much.
Another handy tip from your friend, Juan. Enjoy!

I have read most of Shakespeares plays, either in school or on my own. Macbeth was one of my favorites. I did my senior term paper on it, more specifically the role of witchcraft in Macbeth. Hamlet was also good. But I have found some of the ones by Shakespeare that aren't as high profile as Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, Macbeth, etc... are actually better. I am not sure if it is because I was just reading to read and didn't have to "study" them or if they were actually better. You should try reading some of his other works.

I know I've read Romeo and Juliet and I probably read Hamlet but I think that's it. I know I've read parts of many others (12th Night, Richard V, The Tempest) but I don't know if I read them all the way through. I think I also read Richard III for a class. I think I took a class in Shakespeare but I can't remember how many plays we read.
I've never read MacBeth. I think I'd like it.

I guess I've read about 20 in my lifetime, but not on a regular basis since college, so about 19 years ago. I did read parts of Romeo and Juliet recently to answer a couple of questions for people on this website. Your question makes me think maybe I ought to check out the Shakespearean Festival in Cedar City this summer in Utah, or start reading once in a while. I did think the musical version of "Hamlet" in "Gilligan's Island" was funny.
