Well I think you can toss a salad at anything or anyone as long as its not at me! I will sue if I get dressing in my eyes! lol

the toss salad man say to do it with either jelly or syrup

Throw it into the air and stand under it with a few bowls to catch the aerial veggies....(please do not pick the ones that have fallen on the floor)

You have be careful not to "bruise" the lettuce while tossing. I prefer the lettuce to be tickled slightly.
