What are the world governments doing to stop the fishing/harvesting of the world's oceans?

What do you think of the commercial fishing industry's "harvesting of the world's oceans."? Don't you think the fish in the sea deserve a clean and safe environment?

It is sad that the Governments of the world have allowed this to happen. The Governments should be working to protect the fish from harmful pollution and fishing practices. It appears that the Governments only care about profits.

Commercial Fishing = Billion dollar industry
